Direct Debit security is guaranteed by the regulations of the Act of 29th August 1997 – Banking Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 72, item 665 as amended), Interbank Agreement of 1st June 1998 on Direct Debit signed by all banks participating in this form of settlements.
Direct Debit is a simple, secure and fast method for settling recurring payments. If you use Direct Debit, you do not have to remember each time to order a bank transfer to pay for the products we have delivered. From the moment you set up Direct Debit the accounts will be settled automatically by your bank.
If you should decide to pay by Direct Debit, you will still have access to all information concerning the costs incurred due to the payments. You will still receive invoices from us as well.

- low costs – Direct Debit is cheaper than traditional bank transfers
- convenience – you do not have to remember about payment deadlines – your bank does it for you
- easy way of set up – all you have to do is sign a form in which you give your consent that your account should be debited in accordance with a specimen signature deposited with the bank
Should there be any problems with Direct Debit, you always have the right to cancel a given transaction within 30 calendar days as from the day your account is debited if you are a natural person and you do not conduct your own business activity, or otherwise within 5 business days.
