The principal aims of the EBWA are:

• to provide its members with scientific and technical information as well as information concerning regulatory changes,
• to define, promote and maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene in the industry through self-control instruments including the EBWA Code of Good Hygienic Practice,
• to promote ethical and professional conduct practices in the industry,
• to cooperate with national governmental agencies and regulatory institutions whose regulations affect the bottled water and dispensers industry,
• to cooperate with other industries and organisations.

We have been granted the certificate of the Solidna Firma (Reliable Company) Programme - we have been awarded the certificate for propagating business ethics in relations between economic partners and consumers, complying with market practices, respecting counter-parties and upholding performance standards.

We have been granted the HACCP Certificate - the certificate confirms that our production plant in Częstoniewa applies the System for Ensuring Food Health Safety. We also comply with the requirements of the HACCP system and the Good Hygienic Practices in the distribution activity in the broad meaning of the term. Read more »

What does the HACCP System consist in? What areas does it apply to?

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) is a method for supervising the health quality of food concentrated on preventive measures. This means that we lay particular stress on the control in the course of the production process and distribution activity. Furthermore, our quality services focus on the control of the ready product (water, equipment).

One of the basic principles of the HACCP System emphasises the need for conducting hazards analysis. Within the framework of the whole production process and distribution activity we assess in detail the risk of physical and microbiological hazards and subsequently undertake the necessary steps to prevent those hazards from materialising. The single aim of those measures is to ensure that the consumer receives a product meeting the most stringent health parameters.

We have been granted the NSF International Certificate - the certificate confirms that the Good Production Practices and the Good Hygienic Practices applied in our company comply with the EBWA requirements set forth in the EBWA Code of Good Hygienic Practice. Read more »

NSF International is a public health and safety non-for-profit, non-governmental organisation. It is the word leader in quality standards development, products testing and certification, education and risk management. One of the fields of its activity is consultancy and preparation of scientific and technical opinions dealing with bottled water and food.

NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) was established in the United States of America in 1944. Nowadays it is active in 80 countries and the NSF Mark is recognized by local and national regulatory agencies all over the world.

Our laboratory has been awarded a commendation of the Nestlé Waters Management&Technology for physical-chemical and microbiological research.

Our Cars are the First in Europe - we have been awarded this commendation by the EBWA for an advertisement displayed on our delivery trucks and passenger cars that was considered as the best in Europe.
