NESTLÉ AQUAREL in DAR NATURY System reaches out searching for interesting and innovatory solutions on the market of modern design and introduces in April 2005 an offer for individual customers – first appliance dosing crystal fresh water, what perfectly fits the utility trend of XXI century design. NESTLÉ AQUAREL in DAR NATURY System with ECO-Dom distributor, in gentle and light colouring scheme is a stoneware appliance made of high quality clays of Bolesławiec. 2004
DAR NATURY Production Plant received the HACCP Certificate. Following a 2-year period of preparations the Czestoniew Production Plant sucessfully underwent the initial audit. The next step was the certifying audit on the basis of which Scientific/Technical Association of Engineers and Technicians of Food Industry issued the Certificate confirming the introduction and implementation of HACCP System by DAR NATURY.
On 1 January 2004 NESTLÉ WATERS Powwow begins its activity. Powwow is a European 5-gallon branch leader taken over by NESTLÉ WATERS in 2003. Since that moment European 5-gallon Division NESTLÉ WATERS will be known as NESTLÉ WATERS® Powwow with its location near London (Great Britain) and it will function as a paneuropean business.
In February 2004 DAR NATURY received the NSF International Certificate, which means that the Czestoniew Production Plant works in accordance with the hygienic standards defined by EBWA.
The Customer Service Centre starts its activity in September 2004.
On 1 December 2004 the name of the company changes to Nestlé Waters Polska S.A. DAR NATURY Division in Warsaw.
2003
The company undergoes another restructuring process. New strategy of selling and Customer service based on the team cooperation of Deliverers, Sales Representatives and office employees aims at further positioning DAR NATURY as Customer focussed market leader.
2001
NESTLÉ WATERS, associating the best 'water branch' companies belonging to the international NESTLÉ concern, decides to buy 50% of DAR NATURY® shares. DAR NATURY opens new divisions in Człuchow, Bielsko - Biała, Rzeszow, Kalisz, Siedlce, Zamosc, Legnica and Kielce.
2000
DAR NATURY enters new areas of distribution. Middle-sized cities are a very promising market. Unlike other 5-gallon firms, DAR NATURY does not decide to charge dealers with distibution of its products. Only constant and permanent supervision over the whole "from the spring to the Customer" process guarantees full control of the quality of delivered water along with standardizing and improvement of firm's activities and further positioning of a good brand. In 2000 DAR NATURY opens new divisions in Elbląg, Olsztyn, Tarnow, Białystok, Radom, Częstochowa, Szczecin and Płock.
1997-1999
Dynamic growth of marketing actions supporting sales and selling units development in the country. In 1998 DAR NATURY joins the international organization IBWA associating producers and distributors of bottled water.
1997
Market needs concerning water demand require stronger investment in the bottling plant. It starts with the building of a new production hall together with modernizing of the old buildings. DAR NATURY, as the first company in Poland, introduces the protection of bottles with termocontractile foil accounting for the warranty of product's originality , easily recognized by the Customers.
Catastrophic flood in the south of Poland. DAR NATURY donates hundreds of bottles of water to those in need. This noble act will never be forgotten.
1996
In August the Eastbridge Group (previous owners of PK Distribution) buys NGD Company. The Group buids up a new strategy of activity, focussing on inventing in quality. The main change in the managment strategy is the introduction of an IT system.
1995
Since May DAR NATURY® System is present not only in Warsaw. At first it expands to 7 huge agglomerations: Trójmiasto (Gdansk, Gdynia, Sopot), Lublin, Cracow, Katowice, Wroclaw, Lodz and Poznan. DAR NATURY® System distribution in these cities is performed by a cooperative partner PK Distribution Company Ltd (PKD).
1994
Each month brings hundreds of new contracts. The firm concentrates its efforts on building the network of Sales Representatives, Deliverers, Technical Support. It organizes transport, enlarges the number of dispensers and bottles, issues advertising materials and installs additional telephone lines. It also increases the number of warehouses and expands its offices.
1993
At the beginning of 1993 the newly established firm is Nature Gift Distribution Ltd (NGD), responsible for DAR NATURY® water delivery to homes and offices.The first contract with a Customer is signed on 1 September.
1992
Nature Gift Ltd Company comes into being. Its activity involves the production of water in 5-gallon bottles. Assembling works and start-up of technological lines in the bottling plant were finished in August 1993.
