How should I clean my water dispenser?
Water dispensers offered by our company are designed to dispense clean and healthy water. At the same time it is important to remember that correct cleaning of the dispenser will considerably prolong its activity. Therefore:

• always unplug your dispenser before cleaning
• dispenser casing and other elements made of plastic should be cleaned with a soft cloth. In case of a need to use detergents, use only mild types of cleaning agents

  dust appearing on the back side of the casing should be removed either with a damp cloth or with a hoover

• water in the draining board (container situated under taps of an electric dispenser) should be systematically removed
• never leave the appliance turned on if the bottle is empty or if there is no bottle installed on the dispenser.

How do I install the bottle?

1. clean the bottle
2. remove the foil
3. remove the seal
4. place it on the dispenser

How do I replace a bottle with a new one?

1. remove the empty bottle from the dispenser
2. dry and clean the place of installation with a paper towel
3. remove the foil and seal from the new bottle, clean its neck and place it on the dispenser

When moving the dispenser to another location remember to:

1. unplug electric appliances
2. remove bottle with water – special cap will not allow the water to spill
3. empty the dispenser
4. do not tilt the device over 45°
5. after transportation do not plug the dispenser in for over an hour
6. after intallation of a new bottle press both taps as long as the air stops to flow, and leave the appliance for 30 minutes to make sure it will work correctly
7. locate the dispenser in a suitable place:
   • even surface
   • free air-circulation
   • away from sources of heat
   • away from high sun exposure
   • away from sources of cold air

Before you call the service.
If it occurs that the dispenser does not work properly for trivial reasons, try the following solutions before you decide to call technical support:

1. Electric dispenser leaks:
   • unplug the dispenser,
   • remove the bottle from the dispenser and leave it in a safe place: a microcrack of the bottle might be the reason for the apparent malfunction of the dispenser,
   • press the tap and let out about 0,5 litre of water,
   • dry (for example with a paper towel) the place of bottle placement and leave it for one hour,
   • place on a new bottle and check if the leaking continues,
   • if the leaking continues, repeat the first three steps and call our info-number,
   • if the device works properly, pour the remaining water out of the removed bottle, label the bottle with a marker and call our info-number.
2. Ceramic dispenser leaks:
   • remove the bottle from the dispenser and leave it in a safe place: a microcrack of the bottle might be the reason for the apparent malfunction of the dispenser; press the tap and let out about 0,5 litre of water,
   • place on a new bottle and check if the leaking continues,
   • if the leaking continues, repeat the first two steps and call our info-number,
   • if the device works properly, pour the remaining water out of the removed bottle, label the bottle with a marker and call our info-number.
3. Electric dispenser neither cools nor heats water:
   • make sure the dispenser is plugged-in correctly,
   • make sure the electric socket works properly (plug in another device),
   • make sure the switch is in I position,
   • put the switch in I position and hold on for 10 min., if the dispenser is still malfunctioning, do not hesitate to call us.
4. Electric dispenser is very noisy:
   • move the dispenser to even surface,
   • if the device has a level fuse – balance the position of your dispenser,
   • make sure the dispenser is not situated too close to walls,
   • place the dispenser 8 - 10 cm from the walls,
   • if the dispenser is still malfunctioning, do not hesitate to call us.
5. Electric dispenser has a low cooling efficiency:
   • make sure the dispenser is not situated next to a radiator, oven or other sources of heat – move it away from the source of heat,
   • make sure the dispenser is not situated too close to walls – leave a gap between the dispenser and walls (8 - 10 cm).
