What is sanitization?
Sanitization is a periodical (every 6 months or more often at the Customer's request), professional cleaning, disinfection or exchange of the dispensing devices elements which are in permanent contact with water and external factors.

Can I choose the sanitization method and the place where it would be performed?
The decision on the method of sanitization is made by the Company's employee depending on the type of the dispenser. Sanitization is performed at the Customers location, at a place chosen by the Customer or in our Company. Sanitization performed in our Company means an exchanege of a dispenser for a new, sanitized device.

Do I have to sanitize my dispenser?
Yes, it is an obligatory service. It allows you to keep the dispenser perfectly clean. In case the sanitization is not possible, our employee will make the decision to exchange the dispenser for a new one. If a Customer would like to exchange a dispenser for a new one rather than sanitize theirs, the costs of such an exchange will be conformable with the exchange pricelist.
