What is Voice Information System?
Voice Information System (VIS) allows for self-performance of orders by the Customer. They operate on their Account using the tone option of the keys in their telephone. Every key has assigned functions and possibilities.
DAR NATURY Voice Information System has the following information encoded in the keyboard of the phone: balance, next delivery date, unsettled documents order, Direct Debit document order, document's duplicate order, water delivery schedule. Additionally, it gives the possibility to postpone the planned delivery date, long-term water delivery suspension and settlement of payments for DAR NATURY® services using a credit card.
How to use Voice Information System?
Call DAR NATURY info-number: 0 801 122 777.
After connection you will receive information concerning all available options. If you want to place an individual application, choose '2' on the keyboard of your telephone (My Account option). The system will ask you for your Customer's Number and the Access Code. After successful system log-in you will be guided by consecutive voice announcements.

Where will I find my Customer's Number?
Customer's Number is located on invoices and delivery confirmation documents. Exemplary Customer's number format: AA.BBBBB should be entered during Voice Information System log-in as a sequence of ciphers, i.e. AABBBBB. You are requested to pay attention to the difference between the Customer's Number for invoice payer and water receiver.
How will I receive my Access Code?
Every Customer accepting the delivery of water will receive an Access Code. Specific procedure instructions together with an Access Code will be presented to you with our invoices or by our deliverers. In case of losing your Access Code, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service Centre.
How can I pay with my credit card using the phone?
Credit card payment option allows for settling DAR NATURY service dues on the phone. Credit card payments are operated only by authorized consultants available in Customer Service Centre, info-number 0 801 122 777. Transactions are executed from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For the security of information all conversations are recorded. Steps of procedure:
- the authorized consultant asks for the following data:
- card number and expiry date
- name of card's owner
- due amount and payment amount
- after data confirmation your card will be authorized and financial means will be reserved
- after financial operation, the consultant will present the result of transaction:
- transaction correct
- transaction cancelled (annulled)
What card can I use to pay for water delivery?
VISA, MASTERCARD/EUROCARD.
